The project for the first Aircraft Design and Research
Institute of China Aviation Industry Corporation No. 300 scientific research
building, was designed by the Planning Design and Research Institute of China's
aviation industry, supervised by Zhongsheng Aeronautical Engineering
Supervision Company, constructed by Shaanxi Province the Second Engineering
Company , the project manager of which was
Liu Mingsheng.It started on July 19 ,2000,and was completed and accepted
on June 28,2002 . The project has been rated as "Shaanxi Civilized
Construction Site", "Shaanxi Science and Technology Demonstration
Project", Shaanxi Quality Engineering "Chang'an Cup" award, 2003
annual China State Construction Engineering "Luban Prize".
