assembly plant was designed by the
Planning Design and Research Institute of China's aviation industry, supervised
by Shaanxi construction company, constructed by Shaanxi Engineering Group the
second building engineering Co., Ltd. It started on may 26,2006 , was completed
on August 28 ,2009.The project has been rated for "Shaanxi Quality
Structural Engineering", "Shaanxi New Technology Demonstration
Project", "Shaanxi Civilized Construction Site", and it won the
High Quality Project in Shaanxi Province "Chang'an Cup" award, 2010
China Construction Engineering "Luban Prize".
