Yan'an Spirit Research Center was located in Yan'an
City Garden Road and Xichuan Hebei coast Rd . It was constructed by Chinese
Yan'an Cadre Institute, designed by Northwest China Architecture Design and
Research Institute Co., Ltd ,surveyed by Comprehensive Survey and Design Institute
of the northwest investigation,constructed by Erjian construction in Shaanxi
Province, Shaanxi ,supervised by Weapon Construction and Supervision Consulting
Co., Ltd. IT
started on
April 23, 2011,was completed on September 22, 2011 . In 2013,it won Shaanxi
Province Quality Structural Engineering "Chang'an Cup" award.
