center of Baoji. It was invested by Baoji Dingxin Asset Management and
Development Co., Ltd. ,surveyed by Baoji Surveying and Mapping Institute,
designed by Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology Architecture Design
and Research Institute, supervised by Baoji Zhongan engineering supervision
limited liability company ,constructed by Shaanxi Construction Engineering
Group, the Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.,and the project manager was Cao Yunlong. The construction began on
October 10, 2005, and was completed and accepted on 2009 August 27.In 2007,it
was awarded as Shaanxi Provincial
Civilized Site, and obtained the New Technology Demonstration Projects of the
Construction Industry in Shaanxi Province in 2008 and in 2010 won the High
Quality Project in Shaanxi Province " Changan Cup ".
